Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between StrokeSquad (a subsidiary of Flixxx Media), a U.S.-based platform operator (“Platform,” “We,” “Us”) and you, the content creator (“Creator,” “You,” “Your”).

By creating an account, verifying your identity, and uploading content, you accept these terms in full.

1. Eligibility & Identification

• You warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

• You must provide accurate, valid, government-issued identification for age and identity verification.

• This platform is global—creators worldwide are welcome, provided their use complies with local and U.S. law.

2. Content Review

• All content you submit will be reviewed before publication.

• We reserve the right to reject or remove any content deemed illegal, inappropriate, or non-compliant with Platform standards or applicable law.

3. Ownership & Licensing

• You retain full ownership of your content.

• You grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, promote, and monetize your content.

• You may remove content anytime, excluding content previously purchased or downloaded by users.

4. Compliance & Prohibited Content

• You affirm that your content complies with all applicable laws and Platform policies.

• Prohibited content includes but is not limited to material involving minors, non-consensual acts, or illegal activity.

5. Consent & Documentation

• You must obtain and retain written consent from all individuals depicted, including:

  • Consent to be featured.

  • Consent for public distribution on the Platform.

  • Consent for content download by users.

• You must verify and document the identity and age (18+) of all participants.

• These documents must be provided promptly upon request by the Platform or legal authorities.

6. Image & Likeness Rights

• By checking the consent checkbox at signup, you authorize StrokeSquad to publicly display and distribute your likeness.

7. Revenue, Commission & Payments

• Commission Structure: Content platforms in this industry typically retain a percentage of creator earnings in the range of 15–30%. To remain fair and competitive, StrokeSquad will retain 20%, with creators keeping 80% of earnings.

• Payments are made in USD.

• Chargebacks or refunds resulting from misrepresented or prohibited content are the creator’s responsibility.

8. Payout Schedule & Taxes

• Payments are processed according to the Platform’s payout schedule (e.g., monthly or once a minimum threshold is reached).

• You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your earnings.

9. Creator Responsibilities

• You will monitor and manage your content.

• You agree to promptly report unauthorized use or intellectual property infringements.

• You must comply with all Platform policies and applicable laws.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing notice or through account closure.

• Upon termination, licensing rights granted to the Platform end—except for access by users who previously purchased or downloaded content.

11. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StrokeSquad and Flixxx Media from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your content or actions.

12. Amendments

• StrokeSquad may amend this Agreement from time to time.

• Continued use after changes signifies your acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and, if applicable, the State of California.

• Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body in California.
